1. Order Processing
   Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
   We do not process shipments on weekends or official public holidays.
2. Shipping Time
   Standard international shipping delivery time frame:

• US & Canada: 7–15 working days
• European countries: 10–20 working days
• Other global regions: 15–30 working days

1. Shipping Cost
   Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination at checkout.
2. Customs Duty Disclaimer (Very Important)
   All import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and administrative charges levied by the customs of the destination country are the full responsibility of the buyer.
   Our product price and shipping fee do NOT include any import taxes. We cannot control or cover these charges. Please check your local import regulations before placing your order.
3. Undeliverable Packages
   If the parcel is returned due to incorrect address, recipient refusing to pay customs fees, or customs clearance failure, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.
